Olen Steinhauer – Very Promising

I’ve noted Alan Furst being a favourite author in the past and since those posts some people recommended Olen Steinhauer as another author in the spy genre who does atmosphere rather well. And indeed he does. I’d never heard of him before so am now ploughing through his work.

The Vienna Assignment is my current read and very good it is too and evocative of 1960s Vienna. Might be a good place for anyone else to start.
