Shanghai Swelters – Ralf Harpuder to the Rescue

Shanghai’s temperature hovers in the mid-30s (just shy of 90 degress in old money) with humidity around 63% – i.e. sweltering and sweaty. Fortunately in 2009 we stick the air-con on.
